YOUR SINS ARE FORGIVEN

“…Your wickedness is removed, your sin purged (Is 6:7)…It is I, I, who wipe out, for my own sake, your offences; your sins I remember no more (Is 43:25)…Look, I have taken your guilt from you, and I am clothing you in stately robes” (Zech 3:4).

You live in my presence and you will find true joy and peace. The happiness you long for is found in me. I am the source of true joy and happiness. I created you out of love and only I can sustain you in love. I am a well-spring of joy and happiness. Put all your hope in me and you will know ever-lasting peace and joy.

Your tears are known to me. Your loneliness and the pain you carry is known by me. I know the depths of your heart. I know what lies deep within you. I know your struggles and unfaithfulness. Your sins are before me and I know them. I forgive you and set you free. I blot out your guilt and purge away your sin.

Trust in my loving mercy and forgiveness. Confess your sin and failings before me, so that I may set you free. I want to free you from the stronghold of sin. I purify you for my glory so that I may use you as a testimony and instrument of mercy. I wash you clean from your iniquity, so that you may be a vessel of mercy, purified and prepared.

Open yourself to me. Let me work in you and through you. Let my mercy cleanse you and set you free. I want to use your brokenness to proclaim my mercy, your sin to proclaim my holiness, your weakness to proclaim my power. Trust in my mercy. I forgive and set you free. Trust in me and not in yourself and your capabilities.

I am God. I live and reign forever. My power is at work in you. Allow my mercy to triumph over your sin and weakness. I am the Lord who forgives and heals you. I will not give up on you. I will keep on working on you until my work bears fruit. I am not going to let you go. I hold you with my righteous hand and lead you on the path of righteousness. I bless you and forgive you. I breath new on you and empower you to begin again. You are my child, whom I love dearly. I hold you in my heart. Your walls are before me. Your future is in my hands. Your destiny is in me – called to live in communion with me. I am the only one who can satisfy your deepest longing. I am the only one who can forgive your sins and set you free. I am the only one who knows your deep inner yearnings.

I send you, forth. Go and proclaim my mercy. Go and tell everyone. Go and tell it everywhere. Go and proclaim it on the mountains, over the hills and valleys. Proclaim it over the rooftops, “My mercy is everlasting, from generation to generation. I am mercy and compassion. I forgive and set free. I forgive and forget. I hold no record of sins”. Call on my people and together implore my mercy. Call out to me for mercy and I will forgive you. Look to me and receive my mercy. I forgive and heal. Trust in me and you will not be disappointed. I am the God of mercy and forgiveness.
